HR Specialist (Recruiting)

Responsibilities

Be responsible for recruiting of office staff and operators. Support the recruiting of middle level positions.Provide HR reports and data analysis.
Understand the hiring needs from hiring department. Source candidates through different channelseffectively. Work with hiring managers closely to fill the positions.
Develop new sourcing channels according to market trend and company needs.
Coach the external vendors to help them understand company culture, requirements to find suitablecandidates.
Update and maintain e-recruiting system. Make sure the data is accurate and up-to-date.
Collect market intelligence and provide suggestions on recruiting process and strategy.
Provide HR reports and data analysis on regular base.
Support HR projects, especially for recruiting related ones.

Requirements

Full-time bachelor degree in any disciplines.
3-4 years experience in an HR and/or recruiting related role, search firm background is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of PRC Labor Law and HR practice.
